Refund policy

Due to strict hygiene laws, we are unable to accept returns unless the product has a manufacturers fault. If a customer does not follow care instructions, this is not considered a manufacturers fault.

If the customer has purchased the wrong size or product, they may exchange or refund the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed once item has been received in our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 3 business days, depending on payment method.
