We take pride in creating the highest quality products so you can have the best sleep possible. Despite our best efforts, things can go wrong so if you believe the product you have received is faulty, please contact us via the web form below.
We are unable to provide an exchange or refund due to health reasons unless the product is faulty, so please choose carefully when making your purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping
We use couriers for all orders in Australia when available. For all orders with a shipping address to post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect and all international shipping addresses, we use Australia Post.

Delivery times outside of Australia is between 6-13 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs for domestic and international orders are calculated at the checkout.
Cancellations
If you have purchased an item in error, please notify us immediately through the contact us page or via the web form below. Due to health reasons we are unable to provide an exchange or refund so if an order is cancelled within 1 business day from the order date, we will be able to stop the shipping and issue a refund.
